About Us

YBMV — originally You Butterfly Me Vintage — began in 2016 as our founder, Chloe’s little high school side hustle, running a garage pop-up shop and hopping around markets with rails of vintage gems.

In 2020, Gary joined the journey, and that same year, we found our weekend home at The Neighbourgoods Market, where our community started to grow. By 2025, our dream took an even bigger step — we opened the doors to our very first shop in Observatory!

What started as one girl’s love for fashion is now YBMV Collective: a space that blends vintage, pre-loved, handmade, and new pieces, carefully curated for fashion-forward and conscious shoppers.

Now, in 2025, you’ll find us at The Neighbourgoods Market at The Old Biscuit Mill, every weekend, at our Obs store (285b Lower Main Road) all week long, and soon online too ✨
