At YBMV Collective, we use Pudo courier services to deliver your orders to your door safely across South Africa, and we’re excited to announce that international shipping is coming soon!

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase.

Handmade items may require additional processing time — if so, we’ll keep you updated.

Delivery

Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

Free delivery applies to all orders over R1500 within South Africa.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Pudo tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delays

While Pudo provides a reliable service, please allow for possible delays due to public holidays, load shedding, or other courier-related issues beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once a parcel has left our warehouse and been handed over to Pudo, YBMV Collective is unfortunately not liable for lost or damaged items.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting Pudo directly with your tracking details to resolve the matter. (You are also welcome to get in touch with us & we will gladly assist to the best of our abilities)
